I learned this method from a meat manager when I worked at a grocery store. It turns out so good. It is corn season here in Florida. Home of the famous Zellwood, Fl. Corn Festival. We paid $.25 for each and they were so sweet.
1Soak corn in their husks for 1 hr. Wrap tightly in foil so water does not drain out. Place on grill set at high. If you have a rack place it on it. Grill for 20 minutes. Let set to cool a bit. Shuck the corn. Perfectly cooked!! Spread butter, salt & pepper.
