This is a wonderful twist to corn on the cob! The corn is spicy and tender! You can bake it at 350 or put it on your charcoal grill. Either way, get ready for a great new way to serve up an all American favorite.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4-6 - ears corn, husks removed
How To Make corn on the cob cocoons

Step 1Heat grill (or oven to 350)

Step 2Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder and cumin.

Step 3Place each ear of corn on a 12 inch square piece of foil.

Step 4Spoon dressing mixture evenly over ears.

Step 5Spread dressing mixture on all sides of corn, coating completely.

Step 6Roll foil around corn, sealing ends.

Step 7Place corn on grill over medium hot coals (or into oven directly on rack).

Step 8Grill (or bake) 20-30 minutes or until tender, turning 1/4 turn every 5 minutes. Most people will not want to add anything! This is spicy, creamy, buttery and plenty salty too!
