1/2 cmayonnaise or light mayonnaise
1 Tbsplime juice
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspground cumin
4-6ears corn, husks removed
How to Make Corn on the Cob Cocoons
- Heat grill (or oven to 350)
- Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder and cumin.
- Place each ear of corn on a 12 inch square piece of foil.
- Place corn on grill over medium hot coals (or into oven directly on rack).
