Ingredients
- 12 large ears of corn (blanched and cut from cob)
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- - salt and pepper (to taste)

Step 1Place frozen corn in a large sauce pan, the 12 ears should make 4 cups.

Step 2Add cream, butter, salt and pepper, cook covered on low till corn is thawed .
