ears of corn (blanched and cut from cob)
1 c
cream
1/2 c
butter, cold
salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 1Place frozen corn in a large sauce pan, the 12 ears should make 4 cups.
  • 2Add cream, butter, salt and pepper, cook covered on low till corn is thawed .
