Mom used to freeze corn every summer and then in the winter she would make it this way.

Ingredients

  • 12 large ears of corn (blanched and cut from cob)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, cold
  • - salt and pepper (to taste)

How To Make corn i froze this summer (love it in the winter)

  • Step 1
    Place frozen corn in a large sauce pan, the 12 ears should make 4 cups.
  • Step 2
    Add cream, butter, salt and pepper, cook covered on low till corn is thawed .
  • Step 3
    Serve.
