Ingredients

  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • ·
    salt
  • ·
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (12oz) can(s)
    corn kernels or niblets
  • ·
    canola oil for frying

How to Make Corn Fritters

Step-by-Step

  1. Make a batter with the beaten egg, flour, baking powder and seasonings.
  2. Beat well and mix in the Worcestershire sauce and the drained corn.
  3. Gently fry a tablespoon of the batter in a little hot oil, turning once, for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Continue until the batter is used.
