Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- - salt
- - cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12oz) can corn kernels or niblets
- - canola oil for frying
How To Make corn fritters

Step 1Make a batter with the beaten egg, flour, baking powder and seasonings.

Step 2Beat well and mix in the Worcestershire sauce and the drained corn.

Step 3Gently fry a tablespoon of the batter in a little hot oil, turning once, for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Continue until the batter is used.
