Step 11. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil. In a large skillet, pour oil to a depth of 1/2 inch and heat.

Step 22. Drop batter from rounded tablespoons into hot oil. Fry 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
