CORN FRITTER CASSEROLE
3 Tbspbutter, softened
3 largeegg whites
1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cred bell pepper chopped
1/2 conion chopped finely
1 can(s)whole corn and 1 creamed corn
1 PKG CORN MUFFIN MIX , 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER, COOKING SPRAY
How to Make CORN FRITTER CASSEROLE
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl with whisk until smooth.
stir in onion, bell pepper,both cans of corn and mix well.
- add muffin mix and black pepper, stirring until well combined.
- pour into 11 by 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
