I came up with this recipe for a Thanksgiving work potluck. Everyone wanted the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 package bacon
- 4 cans corn - 29 oz each can
- 2 cans creamed corn - 15 oz each can
- 4 ounces diced jalapenos - not drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese - cubed
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup milk
- 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
How To Make corn casserole with bacon and jalapenos

Step 1In large pot cook bacon till crispy and then break into pcs. Set pcs aside.

Step 2Put all remaining ingredients into pot bacon was cooked in. Make sure to leave some of the bacon grease in the pan for flavor.

Step 3Mix all together and add bacon pcs. Cook till heated through and cheese is melted. Serve.
