Corn Casserole

A woman I went to church with made this for a potluck. Thereafter, she was always asked to bring this. She brought something else once, and everyone asked where the corn casserole was. The level of disappointment cannot be descibed. LOL It is soooo good! I had never had anything like this before. It is very sweet, it could almost be a dessert. I have heard people refer to it as Corn Pudding as well. Everyone I make it for wants the recipe. I know you'll enjoy it!

creamed corn
2 can(s)
whole corn, drain one
1 c
softened butter or margarine
16oz. container sour cream
2 box
jiffy corn muffin mix


1Mix everything together. Pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
