A woman I went to church with made this for a potluck. Thereafter, she was always asked to bring this. She brought something else once, and everyone asked where the corn casserole was. The level of disappointment cannot be described. LOL It is soooo good! I had never had anything like this before. It is very sweet, it could almost be a dessert. I have heard people refer to it as Corn Pudding as well. Everyone I make it for wants the recipe, and it's super easy. I know you'll enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans whole corn, drain one
- 1 cup softened butter or margarine
- 1 - 16oz. container sour cream
- 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Mix everything together. Pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
