Just love this, i have to make it for all our holiday dinners, and i will mix up the cheese, i really like smoked cheddar and smoked gouda in it

Ingredients

  • 15 1/4 ounces whole kerrnel corn( drained)
  • 14 3/4 ounces cream corn
  • 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix ( 8oz) or similar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature ( 1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make kat's corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix first 5 ingredients together and add to baking dish, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Remove from oven top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes
