- 15 1/4 ounces whole kerrnel corn( drained)
- 14 3/4 ounces cream corn
- 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix ( 8oz) or similar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature ( 1 stick)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make kat's corn casserole

Step 1Mix first 5 ingredients together and add to baking dish, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees

Step 2Remove from oven top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes
