This is a very basic recipe, but everyone loves it. It's so quick and easy to prepare, and it is delicious. Children love this recipe. My great-nephew visits twice a year. He always wants to take this corn casserole home with him. He is currently 11 years old, but he loved it in his younger years as well.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Corn casserole is a popular and easy side dish for a Thanksgiving turkey or a Sunday roasted chicken. This version adds evaporated milk, which adds creaminess and slight sweetness to the simple casserole. Crushed butter crackers help to bind the casserole and prevent it from being watery. It's dotted with slices of butter, and we all know everything is better with melted butter on top. A basic corn casserole recipe your family will love.
