I use Green Giant "Mexi-corn" in place of regular kernel corn. It gives the casserole a little "kick," plus it add a little color!

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 - eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Melt margarine in microwavable mixing bowl.

Step 2Stir in corn bread mix, and stir until completely mixed.

Step 3Add eggs, and blend well.

Step 4Add corns, and stir in well.

Step 5Add sour cream, and stir until cream.

Step 6Place in 13 x 9 greased baking dish.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes, or until casserole is lightly browned and set.
