Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1 package corn muffin mix (small)
1 can creamed corn (14.75 ou)
1 can corn, drained (11 ou)
8 ounces sour cream

How To Make corn casserole

Step 1

Mix ingredients. Place in casserole dish.

Step 2

Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Do not stir.
Step 3

Bake approximately 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
