Very simple but delicious. This recipe was given to me by a neighbor and is one of my son's favorite dishes.

whole kernel corn
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1/2 c
chopped onion


stack ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick

How to Make Corn Casserole


  • 1Heat oven to 325 degrees
  • 2Saute onions, drain corn and mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.
  • 3Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs
  • 4Put on top of casserole
  • 5Bake 30-45 minutes at 325
