Very simple but delicious. This recipe was given to me by a neighbor and is one of my son's favorite dishes.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
whole kernel corn
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1/2 c
chopped onion

TOPPING

1
stack ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick
butter

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 325 degrees
2Saute onions, drain corn and mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.
3Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs
4Put on top of casserole
5Bake 30-45 minutes at 325
