Ingredients

17 ounces can of white cream corn
11 ounces can white shoepeg or whole kernel corn
8 ounces sour cream
2 - eggs beaten
1/2 cup butter melted and cooled
8 1/2 ounces box corn muffin mix

How To Make corn casserole

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients WELL. Stir in muffin mix and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at350 for about 40-45 minutes.
