Ingredients

  • 17 ounces can of white cream corn
  • 11 ounces can white shoepeg or whole kernel corn
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 - eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter melted and cooled
  • 8 1/2 ounces box corn muffin mix

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients WELL. Stir in muffin mix and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at350 for about 40-45 minutes.
