Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 - onion chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 5 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups sour cream
- - kernels cut from 6 ears of corn
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley minced
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan.Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp.Transfer to paper towel to drain,then crumble & set aside.Melt the margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2Saut'e the onion & celery until soft.Stir in the flour,then the sour cream,until well combined.Add the corn and most of the bacon bits and season with salt& pepper to taste.

Step 3Pour into the prepared dish and sprinkle on remaining bacon bits and parsley.Bake until lightly browned 30-40 mins.
