Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 ounces corn muffin mix, such as jiffy
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine everything but cheddar cheese, making sure that everything is well incorporated and that the corn muffin mix doesn't make clumps.

Step 2Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Top with cheddar an return to oven for 5-10 minutes more until cheese is melted.

Step 3Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
