corn casserole
I received this recipe from a lady we lived close to in Alabama Her name was Helen. She made it one night when we all got together at her nephews house Mr. & Mrs. Tommy Hart. My husband makes this request often. I have found living here in Oklahoma that I can not get the white cream style corn...so I buy the white whole kernel and run it in my blender with a little of the juice...this works just as well~
