Got this from a friend of mine, tried it out at a family get-together........and everybody really liked it and asked for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
  • 1 can(s)
    (16 oz.) creamed corn
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 stick
    butter/margarine
  • 1 box
    (8 oz.) cornbread mix (i use jiff)

How to Make Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain whole kernel corn.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Mix everything together in one bowl and pour into an 8x8 square baking pan.
  4. Bake for 45 min. -- 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
  5. Leftovers can be frozen.
