Got this from a friend of mine, tried it out at a family get-together........and everybody really liked it and asked for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
  • 1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter/margarine
  • 1 box (8 oz.) cornbread mix (i use jiff)

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Drain whole kernel corn.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter.
  • Step 3
    Mix everything together in one bowl and pour into an 8x8 square baking pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 45 min. -- 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
  • Step 5
    Leftovers can be frozen.
