Got this from a friend of mine, tried it out at a family get-together........and everybody really liked it and asked for the recipe.

1 can(s)
(16 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 can(s)
(16 oz.) creamed corn
1 c
sour cream
1 stick
1 box
(8 oz.) cornbread mix (i use jiff)

How to Make Corn Casserole


  • 1Drain whole kernel corn.
  • 2Melt butter.
  • 3Mix everything together in one bowl and pour into an 8x8 square baking pan.
  • 4Bake for 45 min. -- 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
  • 5Leftovers can be frozen.
