I got this recipe from a co-worker in 1981 and have been making it ever since. Every time I take it somewhere, I get asked for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 q. greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is firm. Enjoy!
