  • 1 can(s)
    medium'sized can of creamed corn
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 2
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix

How to Make Corn Casserole


  1. Melt butter
  2. Beat the eggs
  3. Drain the can of whole kernel corn
  4. Mix all the ingredients together
  5. Bake in a 2 quart casserole dish with a lid in a 350degree oven for one hour.
  6. I butter the casserole dish before I put the mixture in and I take off the lid for the last five minutes so the top gets goldern brown.
