Every body loves this recipe & I got it from Soap Opera Digest! Everybody loves it & all try to claim it as there own recipe. So funny!

Ingredients

1 can medium'sized can of creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter, softened
2 - eggs
1 box jiffy cornbread mix

How To Make corn casserole

Step 1

Melt butter

Step 2

Beat the eggs
Step 3

Drain the can of whole kernel corn
Step 4

Mix all the ingredients together
Step 5

Bake in a 2 quart casserole dish with a lid in a 350degree oven for one hour.
Step 6

I butter the casserole dish before I put the mixture in and I take off the lid for the last five minutes so the top gets goldern brown.
