- 15 1/4 ounces can whole kernel corn
- 14 3/4 ounces can cream corn
- 8 ounces pakage of jiffy muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1-1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2Mix all ingredients (except the cheese) together, it doesn't matter what order.

Step 3Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Step 4Top with cheese and return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
