Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 15 1/4 oz
    can whole kernel corn
  • 14 3/4 oz
    can cream corn
  • 8 oz
    pakage of jiffy muffin mix
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    butter (1 stick)
  • 1-1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make corn casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350F
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients (except the cheese) together, it doesn't matter what order.
  • 3
    Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  • 4
    Top with cheese and return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
