Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 16oz packages corn kernels, frozen
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1/2 cup saltines...crushed
- 2 1/2 cups extra sharp cheese grated
- 1-3 tablespoon milk
How To Make corn cassarole

Step 1cook bacon til crisp... add onion cook til soft

Step 2mix all but 1/2 cup cheese in lg bowl... spray 2 qt baking dish with non stick spray pour corn into dish bake at 350 for 40 min add last 1/2 c cheese bake 5 min more or til cheese is melted [ i have used swiss cheese in this too]
