Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    creamed corn
  • 1 16oz pkg
    corn kernels, frozen
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon
  • 1 medium
    yellow onion
  • 1/2 c
    saltines...crushed
  • 2 1/2 c
    extra sharp cheese grated
  • 1-3 Tbsp
    milk

How to Make corn cassarole

Step-by-Step

  1. cook bacon til crisp... add onion cook til soft
  2. mix all but 1/2 cup cheese in lg bowl... spray 2 qt baking dish with non stick spray pour corn into dish bake at 350 for 40 min add last 1/2 c cheese bake 5 min more or til cheese is melted [ i have used swiss cheese in this too]
