Corn Bread Pudding
How to Make Corn Bread Pudding
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt butter in a baking dish in the preheated oven.
- Mix both whole and creamed corns, sour cream and muffin mix until combined.
- Pour on top of the melted butter. Butter will pool around the corn which is OK.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown on top.
