Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn (15-16 oz)
- 1 can whole kernal corn (15-16 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter
How To Make corn bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Melt butter in a baking dish in the preheated oven.

Step 3Mix both whole and creamed corns, sour cream and muffin mix until combined.

Step 4Pour on top of the melted butter. Butter will pool around the corn which is OK.

Step 5Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown on top.
