Ingredients

  • 6-8 large ears of corn cooked on the grill carmalized then cooled and corn removed from cob
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 small red pepper,chopped fine
  • 1 bunch green onions[both white and green],chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs,beatin
  • 2 cups dried and toasted bread crumb,divided
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese,divided

How To Make corn-augraten

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 375 spray a round pyrex dish with nonstick spray set aside
  • Step 2
    in med fry pan put butter cook til it melts add peppers and onion cook til soft add all to large bowl that corn is in
  • Step 3
    stir well add eggs to heavy cream mix well add to corn mixture put bout 1 c the bread and 1 c the cheese in with corn stir... if real moiste add more bread but not all of it stir
  • Step 4
    now mix rest of bread and cheese together sprinkle on top of corn
  • Step 5
    bake at 375 for 25-35 min
