6-8 large
ears of corn cooked on the grill carmalized then cooled and corn removed from cob
1/4 stick
1 small
red pepper,chopped fine
1 bunch
green onions[both white and green],chopped fine
1/2 c
heavy cream
2 large
2 c
dried and toasted bread crumb,divided
2 c
sharp cheddar cheese,divided

How to Make corn-augraten


  • 1preheat oven to 375 spray a round pyrex dish with nonstick spray set aside
  • 2in med fry pan put butter cook til it melts add peppers and onion cook til soft add all to large bowl that corn is in
  • 3stir well add eggs to heavy cream mix well add to corn mixture put bout 1 c the bread and 1 c the cheese in with corn stir... if real moiste add more bread but not all of it stir
  • 4now mix rest of bread and cheese together sprinkle on top of corn
  • 5bake at 375 for 25-35 min
