Ingredients
- 6-8 large ears of corn cooked on the grill carmalized then cooled and corn removed from cob
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 small red pepper,chopped fine
- 1 bunch green onions[both white and green],chopped fine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs,beatin
- 2 cups dried and toasted bread crumb,divided
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese,divided
How To Make corn-augraten

Step 1preheat oven to 375 spray a round pyrex dish with nonstick spray set aside

Step 2in med fry pan put butter cook til it melts add peppers and onion cook til soft add all to large bowl that corn is in

Step 3stir well add eggs to heavy cream mix well add to corn mixture put bout 1 c the bread and 1 c the cheese in with corn stir... if real moiste add more bread but not all of it stir

Step 4now mix rest of bread and cheese together sprinkle on top of corn

Step 5bake at 375 for 25-35 min
