- 2 cans sliced carrots, drained
- 1 cup green peppers, diced
- 1 - red onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola or corn oil
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Place in a large bowl the carrots, peppers, onion and celery.
