green peppers, diced

sugar

tomato soup
1/2 c
vinegar
1/2 c
canola or corn oil
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Copper Pennies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place in a large bowl the carrots, peppers, onion and celery.
  • 2Mix soup, sugar, vinegar and oil together. Pour over veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
