2 can(s)sliced carrots, drained

1 cgreen peppers, diced

1red onion, diced

1 ccelery, diced

1 csugar

1 can(s)tomato soup

1/2 cvinegar

1/2 ccanola or corn oil

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Copper Pennies
- Place in a large bowl the carrots, peppers, onion and celery.
- Mix soup, sugar, vinegar and oil together. Pour over veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
