cooked mixed greens
No better comfort food for me like cooked mixed greens, the older I get the more I love them! This is an extremely simple recipe that renders an amazing 'pot liquor' for you to enjoy with a pan of cornbread! If I am feeling 'meaty', I might add a favorite crumbled sausage, cooked without draining the fat for a low carb/high fat version.. Enjoy the warm comfort...
