How to Make Confetti Corn
- in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. add the onion and peppers.
- cook until soft and clear about 10 minutes.
- add frozen bag of corn and stir until heated through really well about 4 minutes or so.
- sprinkle some salt and pepper add some parsley is good in it.
