Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced (or you can use red)
- 10 ounces frozen corn
- - salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. add the onion and peppers.

Step 2cook until soft and clear about 10 minutes.

Step 3add frozen bag of corn and stir until heated through really well about 4 minutes or so.

Step 4sprinkle some salt and pepper add some parsley is good in it.
