1beef or chicken bouillon cube
5 ccabbage, coarsely shredded
1 ccarrots, coarsely shredded
1/2 cgreen onions, sliced
2 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Company Cabbage
- In 3 quart saucepan, heat bouillon in 1/4 cup water until dissolved. Add cabbage, carrots, onions, salt and pepper.
- Toss to mix. Cook covered over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes. Drain.
- Put butter in the pot with the cabbage and mix well.
- Sprinkle with paprika prior to serving
