company cabbage
This is a first, I just adopted this recipe from Just A Pinch. I did not care for the original recipe, so I tweaked it some and now it is my recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 - beef or chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 cup water
- 5 cups cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 1 cup carrots, coarsely shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make company cabbage

Step 1In 3 quart saucepan, heat bouillon in 1/4 cup water until dissolved. Add cabbage, carrots, onions, salt and pepper.

Step 2Toss to mix. Cook covered over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes. Drain.

Step 3Put butter in the pot with the cabbage and mix well.

Step 4Sprinkle with paprika prior to serving
