Ingredients
- 2 pounds collard greens, frozen
- 4 cups water
- 1 large onion, roughly chopped
- 1 pound ham hocks, smoked
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
How To Make collard greens

Step 1Bring water & ham hocks to a boil.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients. Cover & simmer until greens are tender; about 10 - 15 minutes. Check water level as greens cook & add more if needed.
