This is my daughters favorite coleslaw. The dried cranberry and dried cherries with the apple cider vinegar gives this a good taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    cabbage head
  • 1/8 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg
    dried cranberry/cherry mixture
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate 2 or 3 hours before serving. Better if served the next day.
