How to Make Coconut Milk Street Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the coconut milk and butter in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer to make sure it doesn't over flow the pan. Add the ears of corn and let cook until done about 7 minutes.
  2. Remove the ears of corn and salt and roll in Parmesan cheese. Serve
