- 4 ears of corn
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 stick butter
- grated parmesan cheese
- salt
How To Make coconut milk street corn

Step 1Place the coconut milk and butter in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer to make sure it doesn't over flow the pan. Add the ears of corn and let cook until done about 7 minutes.

Step 2Remove the ears of corn and salt and roll in Parmesan cheese. Serve
