Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- salt and pepper
- scallions for garnish
How To Make cloched cauliflower

Step 1Trim the cauliflower but leave the florets intact on the core. Steam until soft but not falling apart.

Step 2Mix the sour cream, mustard, and salt an pepper together in a saucepan. Pour the mixture over the top of the hot cauliflower. Sprinkle green onions over the top.
