I call this Christmas Hominy because, for some reason, I only make it during the Christmas season - for potlucks at work or for our Christmas Eve buffet. Yummy, cheesy, always gets rave reviews! Even folks who say, "I hate hominy!" love this dish.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We could not wait to dig into this hominy recipe. Hominy has a similar flavor to grits or corn tortillas. Chilies add a kick to this creamy and delicious side dish. It will be a great addition to your holiday table.
