Ingredients
- 1 package clodslaw mix
- 1/2 cup fresh snow peas
- 2-3 sprigs spring onions, chopped thin
- 1/4 cup toasted , slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 package ramen noodles broken into small pieces toasted
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar u can use more or less to taste
- 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce
How To Make chinese coldslaw

Step 1in small sauce pan bring both vinegars, soysauce, and sugar to just a boil and sugar is disolved ,cool

Step 2in large bowl combine coldslaw mix, onions, snow peas,almonds,sesame seeds, and ramen noodles , and cooled dressing , refrigerate

Step 3let marinade for 1 hour before serving, top with additional chopped spring onion if desired
