I always bring home an empty bowl when i take this to cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 package clodslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup fresh snow peas
  • 2-3 sprigs spring onions, chopped thin
  • 1/4 cup toasted , slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 package ramen noodles broken into small pieces toasted
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar u can use more or less to taste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce

How To Make chinese coldslaw

  • Step 1
    in small sauce pan bring both vinegars, soysauce, and sugar to just a boil and sugar is disolved ,cool
  • Step 2
    in large bowl combine coldslaw mix, onions, snow peas,almonds,sesame seeds, and ramen noodles , and cooled dressing , refrigerate
  • Step 3
    let marinade for 1 hour before serving, top with additional chopped spring onion if desired
