I always bring home an empty bowl when i take this to cookouts.

1 pkg
clodslaw mix
1/2 c
fresh snow peas
2-3 sprig(s)
spring onions, chopped thin
1/4 c
toasted , slivered almonds
1 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg
ramen noodles broken into small pieces toasted


1/2 c
red wine vinegar
1/4 c
cider vinegar
1/3 c
sugar u can use more or less to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp
soy sauce

How to Make chinese coldslaw


  • 1in small sauce pan bring both vinegars, soysauce, and sugar to just a boil and sugar is disolved ,cool
  • 2in large bowl combine coldslaw mix, onions, snow peas,almonds,sesame seeds, and ramen noodles , and cooled dressing , refrigerate
  • 3let marinade for 1 hour before serving, top with additional chopped spring onion if desired
