Ingredients
- 3 - (14 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained well
- 1 - (14.5 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained well
- 1 - (4 oz.) jar of pimentos
- 1/4 - of a green bell pepper, diced
- 8 to 10 - green onions, diced
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 - (9.25 oz.) bag of chili cheese fritos

Step 1Combine the top 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in most of the corn chips (reserving a few to sprinkle on top).
