Ingredients
- 1 cup chick pea flower
- 1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons crushed coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder hot
- 1 large white onion
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
How To Make "chili bites"

Step 1Combine dry ingredients. When done, mix in your water little by little until you have reach the desired consistency... think thick pancake batter.

Step 2When consistency is right, mix in chopped onions (white and spring) as well as your cilantro... use more or less to suit your taste.

Step 3Drop small handfuls of batter into hot oil, turning just once to get both sides golden brown. Drain and eat!
