- 2 cups tomatoes, crushed
- 2 cups garbanzos, cooked
- 2 cups cooked brown rice

Step 3Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered.

Step 4Add garbanzos, rice, salt, pepper and other seasonings.
