Ingredients

1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 quart cherry tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, cold

How To Make cherry tomatoes & cream

Step 1

In a heavy skillet, melt butter, sugar & salt.

Step 2

Stir in tomatoes.
Step 3

Tomato skins will begin to split. At this point, add cream & stir. Enjoy!
