How to Make Cheezy Carrot Casserole
- Peel, dice and boil carrots until tender. Drain
- Add cornstarch, onion and salt to milk and bring to a boil, adding butter and stirring until thickened and smooth. Stir in cheese until melted.
- Alternate layers of carrots, celery seed and sauce in greased casserole dish.
- Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
