Ingredients

  • 16 oz cans corn
  • 16 oz cans green beans french style
  • 16 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded chedder cheese
  • 1 package of ritz type crackers
  • 1/4 stick butter

How To Make cheesy vegie casserole

  • Step 1
    Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray.
  • Step 2
    In casserole dish mix green beans and corn, smooth them out.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread over green beans and corn. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over soup mixture.
  • Step 4
    Crush snack crackers until they make fine crumbs. Melt a 1/4 stick of butter ( you might a little more butter). Add to crackers,stir well. Spread over cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
