How to Make CHEESY VEGIE CASSEROLE
- Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray.
- In casserole dish mix green beans and corn, smooth them out.
- In a small bowl mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread over green beans and corn.
Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over soup mixture.
- Crush snack crackers until they make fine crumbs. Melt a 1/4 stick of butter ( you might a little more butter). Add to crackers,stir well. Spread over cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
