Ingredients

  • 16 oz can(s)
    corn
  • 16 oz can(s)
    green beans french style
  • 16 oz can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    shredded chedder cheese
  • 1 pkg
    of ritz type crackers
  • 1/4 stick
    butter

How to Make CHEESY VEGIE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray.
  2. In casserole dish mix green beans and corn, smooth them out.
  3. In a small bowl mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread over green beans and corn.
    Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over soup mixture.
  4. Crush snack crackers until they make fine crumbs. Melt a 1/4 stick of butter ( you might a little more butter). Add to crackers,stir well. Spread over cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
