Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot blend
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    mayonnaise
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    french fried onions
  • 2 c
    swiss cheese shredded

How to Make Cheesy Vegetable Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix frozen vegetables, sour cream, mayo, soup, cheese and half of french fried onions in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to greased casserole dish. Cover and Bake at 375* degrees for about 45 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle rest of french fried onions on top of casserole and bake another 15 minutes until brown.
