Cheesy Roasted Head of Cauliflower
1head of cauliflower
8 ozcheddar cheese cut into sticks
1/4 cheavy cream
2 clovegarlic minced
·salt and pepper
1 cmozzarella cheese shredded
·fresh dill for garnish
How to Make Cheesy Roasted Head of Cauliflower
- Place enough water in a large pot to cover the head of cauliflower. Add some salt and bring to a boil. Add the whole head of cauliflower to the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and set the cauliflower on a cutting board.
- Bore enough holes in the cauliflower to add the cheddar sticks and push into the cauliflower.
- Mix the heavy cream, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Brush on to the cauliflower.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the cauliflower in a sprayed baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Add the Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted. Garnish with the fresh dill.
