Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese cut into sticks
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- fresh dill for garnish
How To Make cheesy roasted head of cauliflower

Step 1Place enough water in a large pot to cover the head of cauliflower. Add some salt and bring to a boil. Add the whole head of cauliflower to the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and set the cauliflower on a cutting board.

Step 2Bore enough holes in the cauliflower to add the cheddar sticks and push into the cauliflower.

Step 3Mix the heavy cream, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Brush on to the cauliflower.

Step 4Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the cauliflower in a sprayed baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Add the Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted. Garnish with the fresh dill.
