So delicious we all ate so much we hardly touched anything else at the meal. My company couldn't wait to get the recipe and try it for themselves. An amazing dish!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 large sweet onions
- 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 8 slices french bread
How To Make cheesy onion casserole

Step 1Grease a 2-quart baking dish. In a large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat; add in onions and sauté until translucent and slightly brown, then season with salt to taste.

Step 2Cool and mix in all the cheeses and the soup mixed with milk and soy sauce. Stir gently.

Step 3Toast French bread slices, cut in cubes and set aside. Bake onion mixture uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Step 4Push bread under onion mixture then sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 15 minutes longer. Serve.
