Ingredients

  • 1 large
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 8 oz
    caramelized onion cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose greek seasoning**more or less**
  • ·
    parsley for garnish

How to Make Cheesy Fried Yum Yum Cauliflower

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees. Fry for 5-6 or until cauliflower is golden grown. Drain
  2. Add olive oil and seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Add cauliflower to the mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Place cauliflower florets on a large cookie sheet. Add cheese and parsley on top of cauliflower. Broil on high in the oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  3. **Oven roasted version: Add the all the ingredients except for cheese and parsley to an a mixing bowl. Toss and coat well. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip once. Add cheese and parsley on top of caulflower. Bake for an addtional 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted.**
