Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
How To Make cheesy cauliflower steaks

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel the green from the cauliflower and discard. Leave the stem intact. Slice the cauliflower into 1/2 inch steaks.

Step 2Lay the cauliflower on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes then carefully flip the steaks and bake another 15 minutes. Top each one with shredded cheese and bake 3 to 5 more minutes.

Step 3Top with green onions for garnish
