The beauty of this is…the cheese will melt into the corn, so in my opinion you won’t need butter…or salt. Remember the cheese is salty.

- - 4 super delicious c.o.t.c.
- - 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- - 1 tablespoon lime zest
- - 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- - 1 cup mayonnaise
- - 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make cheesy breezy horn knee corny

Step 1On a piece of foil, zest the lemon and lime.

Step 2Add pepper to the foil.

Step 3Slather the corn with the mayo, lemon, lime & pepper.

Step 4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step 5Wrap in the foil and toss on a medium heat “ the coals are ½ way used “ grille for about 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes or so.
