The beauty of this is…the cheese will melt into the corn, so in my opinion you won’t need butter…or salt.
Remember the cheese is salty.

    4 super delicious c.o.t.c.
  • ·
    1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ·
    1 tablespoon lime zest
  • ·
    1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  • ·
    1 cup mayonnaise
  • ·
    1 cup parmesan cheese

How to Make Cheesy breezy horn knee corny


  1. On a piece of foil, zest the lemon and lime.
  2. Add pepper to the foil.
  3. Slather the corn with the mayo, lemon, lime & pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Wrap in the foil and toss on a medium heat “ the coals are ½ way used “ grille for about 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes or so.
  6. Then simply enjoy 
