The beauty of this is…the cheese will melt into the corn, so in my opinion you won’t need butter…or salt. Remember the cheese is salty.

Ingredients For cheesy breezy horn knee corny

  • 4 super delicious c.o.t.c.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make cheesy breezy horn knee corny

  • 1
    On a piece of foil, zest the lemon and lime.
  • 2
    Add pepper to the foil.
  • 3
    Slather the corn with the mayo, lemon, lime & pepper.
  • 4
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Wrap in the foil and toss on a medium heat “ the coals are ½ way used “ grille for about 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes or so.
