this side dish is so easy and you can make it spicy or not

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 4 ounces american cheese prosessed (cubed)
  • 1 - pickled jalapeno (chopped)
  • 1 can french fried onions

How To Make cheesy baked corn

  • Step 1
    pre-heat oven to 350 mix corn, soup, cheese and peppers together in a mixing bowl. spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick spray. pour mixture in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. after cheese has melted sprinkle onion on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    ***tip*** add more chopped jalopenos for more spice. or leave them out for the kids. you can use crushed fritos instead of the fried onions.
