1 pound asparagus, fresh, trimmed
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt & pepper, to taste

How To Make cheesy asparagus

Step 1

Microwave asparagus & water in covered 2 qt. microwavable casserole on high 6 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender; drain.

Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Microwave 2 minutes or until cheese is melted & sauce is well blended; stirring after each minute. Serve over asparagus. Enjoy!
