Ingredients

  • 6 - yellow squashes
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • - salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 cup butter cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons parsley flakes

How To Make cheese squash casserole

  • Step 1
    Cut up squash and onions.
  • Step 2
    Cook in small amount of water until done; drain and mash.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients, saving some of the cheese for top.
  • Step 4
    Bake in greased dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
