    chopped onion

    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    butter cracker crumbs
  • 1 c
    cheese
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 can(s)
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley flakes

How to Make Cheese Squash Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up squash and onions.
  2. Cook in small amount of water until done; drain and mash.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, saving some of the cheese for top.
  4. Bake in greased dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
