- 6 - yellow squashes
- 1 - chopped onion
- - salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 cup butter cracker crumbs
- 1 cup cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 can parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
How To Make cheese squash casserole

Step 1Cut up squash and onions.

Step 2Cook in small amount of water until done; drain and mash.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients, saving some of the cheese for top.

Step 4Bake in greased dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
