I'VE HAD THIS RECIPE FOR YEARS, DON'T EVEN REMEMBER WHERE IT CAME FROM...OUR FAMILY LOVES CHEESE, SO I MAKE THIS JUST ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS...IT'S REALLY GOOD...

  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

How To Make cheese casserole

  • Step 1
    IN A LARGE BOWL...MIX THE TOP 3 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL.. ADD AND MIX IN THE FLOUR THEN POUR OVER THE VELVETA CHEESE, AND THE SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • Step 2
    POUR ALL INTO 9X13 (GREASED) BAKING DISH... BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.... (WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT, SO LET IT COOL DOWN A BIT BEFORE SERVING)
